Chad Johnson Ochocinco has been named the second most influential personality on Twitter. An independent research company, “Twitalizer“, ranked Ochocinco ahead of personalities such as Oprah Winfrey, Justin Bieber, Charlie Sheen and even President Barack Obama. ‘Twitalizer’ doesn’t simply track the number of followers a celebrity/personality might have; it also keeps track of ‘mentions’ and other criteria to determine which personalities are making real contributions to discussions.
